Scotty Newlands
SCOTTY NEWLANDS started his passion for music at the age of 7 as a boy
soprano. An accomplished clarinettist, Scotty played in many school and
community ensembles before enlisting into the Canadian Army Reserve in the
summer of 2002. Since his graduation from University in the spring of 2003, he
has been seen in many different stage and film roles across the city of Toronto.
He frequently performs the national anthems at Toronto Maple Leafs games at
the Air Canada Centre – as well as other major league sporting venues. Scotty
has recently released his debut solo album entitled “NEW ROADS” which is
available online and through numerous retail locations. Portions of each CD
sale are being donated to the Support Our Troops organization. He has recently
returned from the US after recording a new single which will be airing soon. He
is pleased to be making a return to CLOC in
It's A Wonderful Life. For more
